Book Review and GIVEAWAY: Night of the Living Dead Christian by Matt Mikalatos

What does it mean to be transformed? Really, truly transformed? In this laugh out loud novel, Luther, a Lutheran werewolf, searches for an answer.  With anger ruling him, Luther’s last hope is to be transformed from, the cruel beast he is, along with Matt Mikalatos, his neighbor.  Along the way, they meet a group of brain-less  zombies, a blood-sucking vampire, and a monster killer.  Fighting to become a human again, Luther must be transformed quickly, or he will die trying.
This book was FANTASTIC. Literally one of the funniest, and most convicting I have read. Funny AND convicting you ask? Yes. Matt Mikalatos is fantastic at weaving together both the comical and spiritual. I enjoyed the readability of the book, as well as the monster  analogies.  I loved the back of the book that showed the different kinds of monsters and their personalities.  I laughed out loud while reading this book, my mom would give me a strange look every time… My favorite part of the book was when the zombies started singing their song, oh how funny! This book is worth your money, and is definitely a book worth reading!
Overall, I would recommend this book to those ages thirteen and older, and definitely to anyone high school age. This is a hysterically funny book filled with fun for anyone who reads it!
Be sure to check out Matt’s…

I received this book for free from Tyndale Publishers for this review
